Our stay at the HYATT HOTEL & RESORT was excellent.They have two pools and they have two water slides which the children enjoyed.There house keeping had excellent service. I even wrote a letter to the Director of Housekeeping. "I wrote"

We wanted to let you know that Yolanda has done a great job meeting our needs especially with our little one’s, having this suite clean is very important to our family. Our stay here at the HYATT HOTEL & RESORT it’s been a great experience for our family. Having great employee like Yolanda it really makes a different.
